Few details on original builders. Hired by representatives from Japan. Possibly the Japanese government or the growers displaying food products. Materials and labor are likely both from Japan. Mostly in original form. Mostly the same design as original. Thin metal roof converted to wood shingles when pagoda was moved to the garden. 2022 renovation includes bells and giboshi ordered from Morikuni in Niigata.
